Legacy Banners Project

“What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.”

– Pericles

Welcome to a community's space of remembrance, healing, honor, and tribute.

We,  support the Legacy Banners Project of the Railroad Avenue Historic Cultural District = a living tribute to the trailblazers who helped shape a community through business, education, faith, the arts, civic leadership, and countless other areas of service and achievement.

Born from a desire to preserve the stories and impact of those who came before us, this project transforms remembrance into a living legacy—one that honors those we've lost while uplifting and inspiring those who remain.

Each Legacy Banner represents more than a name. It represents a life lived, a story told, a community touched, and a legacy that continues.

This project is dedicated to our loved ones and community trailblazers—those whose lives continue to inspire love, strength, courage, resilience, and hope for generations to come.

Their footprints may no longer walk these streets, but their contributions remain woven into the fabric of our community.

We remember.
We honor.
We celebrate.
We carry the legacy forward.

Because legacy isn't simply what we leave behind - it is what we leave within others.
